Few years back Haryana government declared Gurgaon as "No Power cut Zone". But till now no steps are taken in this direction. In urban areas like DLF, Sushant Lok and old city areas like civil lines are facing 6-8 hours of power cuts daily, then you can imagine the situation in the rural areas. Even few days back a mild intensity sandstorm leaves us in dark for more then 24hours. So why don't authorities prepare themselves in advance, as such condition occurs every year?
