Airtel Disconnect my phone without any reason, now making false claims

Let me told you a great story, I don't know you are going to understand it or not but surely you will enjoy it(specially second part). As I told you before that you disconnected my Airtel Landline Connection without giving me any justification (see below mail). Despite my several reminders to the same email ID I did not get any reply from anyone one of you (nor I'm expecting for this mail).
Till this it was really frustrating but I handled it, but now its over. You are asking me to really take action against you.
Here is part one my story:I am getting call from the third party (one of them told its email ID is sam.son@airtel.in) to pay the bills for duration when phone was disconnected from you side and they also made false promises to restore my landline service after paying the bills for that period. Attending these calls and explaining them about scenario are become my daily routine as these all call are from different person and also I got letter from Airtel to pay this bill otherwise will be charged under several section of IPC (but now you don't have to bother about it, i'll take this step).
Second part of my story:Now from last 2-3 weeks I'm getting calls to get a new connection from Airtel. First I try to ignore them like fake calls. but after 5-6 calls in span of 2-3 days, really make me thinking about it. At last on 25-05-2010, one of the guy name Mr. Yogesh (Airtel Representative) got success in convincing me about the new connection. He called me then my first reaction was " why can not you restore my old airtel phone" answer " its almost 6 month old so you old airtel landline number will be in free pool, so can not allocated", my reaction was "Ok no problem, go ahead with new one". I asked to come my office for Registration fees, document and other formalities( REC no 1108587, SEF No 222798). When I asked have done the feasibility study whether new connection is possible of not, but he was not in mood to listen and told me " I''ll try my best, and if there is 1% chance it will be done". In same day evening I saw few airtel guys are working in laying overhead cable but queried about my connection, he told request is with him. It will be done by tomorrow. Meanwhile I keep on getting SMS from AIRTEL TM about new connection can not be installed. But things come to the halt when I got call on the 29-05-10 that sorry to inform you that there is some technical problem so we can not provide you new connection. Then my first reaction was "why are installing 10 pair overhead cable", again he tried to fool me by saying that we just testing the line.
Now I just got a SMS from the Airtel Tm that "you request number 33091664 is under process ". I don';t know what is going on.
Now I took pledge to take action against you all guys who fool customer and made false promises. I'm going to file case against you in Consumer Court in next 2-3 days for this unethical, unprofessional behavior.
Meanwhile I hope you can restore my phone services otherwise no other choices left for me.
